?TeenieWoo? asked: What exercises can I do to get rid of back bulges/fat that are right where my bras sits? Is there a website that can show me pictures as well? I have a work-out band, which I love to use, so is there an exercise that can be involved with that? Thanks tons.

kirby_ang asked: I’m not sure how much exercise would also be considered too much. I’ve heard and read some recommend an exercise of 3 times a week. Would exercising daily be too much? I think other people leading active lifestyles have no problem with daily physical activity. Is it possible for a diabetic to still build up their muscles? Or would their condition make it a little more difficult for them?

curious asked: I’m trying to lose weight. I’m only 15 years old and it’s hard for me to go to a gym or to buy exercise equipment to exercise in the house. The only thing really holding me back from going on a diet is exercise because i know it’s hard to lose weight without exercise. Could someone help me?

bombastic asked: Experts say that exercise is great for the heart. On the other hand, they also say that when people are overweight, have high blood pressure or diabetes their heart works too hard. Then how is it that exercising and making your heart work hard a good thing? Can someone explain this contradiction?

Jen asked: I will soon be moving to a house from the apartment I live in right now, and I’m planning to buy a Siberian Husky. I have done a lot of research and I know that they require lots of exercise and that they are escape artists, but just how much exercise do they need? And are they as hard to keep as everybody says they are? I have raised a dog before but she passed away and now I live with two cats.

Karen B asked: Its been a while since I last did any proper exercise, now that Ive finished college I have all this spare time on my hands and would like to start looking after myself. I try to eat healthily most of the time, but like everyone else, am partial to the odd cake or two! I am 24, 5ft, 6 and my weight is a suprising 8.5 stone. I dont need to lose weight, but I need to do something about my fitness and suppose could do with a bit of toning up. For some one who gets puffed out when climbing the stairs and warn out just buy carrying heavy(ish) grocery bags I think its fair to say my fitness levels are incredibly low, not to mention embarrassing! Any fitness fanatics out there who can give me some advice on what exercises are appropriate for me? Do I start off with light exercise and then progress to more intensive training? How often do I need to do exercise? Is it every day? every other day? What foods do I need to eat when doing this? Proteins? Carbs? Many thanx.

njgirl asked: I just started taking birth contol pills, so I’m still in the first package, just starting week four. I am sexually active with my boyfriend, and was just wondering if the birth control pills are effective in the first package, or if it takes a few sets of pills to really work. Any advice/help is appreciated.

flammableazn asked: I hate researching this..
What are some pills that kill people in their sleep? (not when they’re awake)
Why do they choose these pills?
If you guys are smart what is the pill made of?
How does it do the job?
I just really need to know the answer to the first question..
I know everything but I only know one pill..
If they each work differently that helps..
Oops,
What are the risks following the failure?
I’m not going to eat them.
Jeez I knew some answerer would assume that.

Stephen M asked: I’m a 21 year old male, I’m 5′11″ and weigh around 13 and a half stone (188 pounds). I want to lose some weight quickly. A few months back I lost over a stone and a half in about three months just from eating a more sensible diet, with hardly any extra exercise. Unfortunately this weight has now crept back on again! I’d like to lose between a stone and a half and two stones more quickly now. Does anyone have any tips about how much daily exercise I should do - and what types also - in order to lose weight healthily and quickly? Thanks.

xMistakes asked: I’m 5′5 and weight about 125. I’m trying to lose some pounds overall so I can thin out my thighs. I’ve already limited my junk food intake. I’m an extremely picky eater, so I don’t eat any fruits, vegetables, and the majority of meats. Yeah, I know — I’m a total freak for disliking all that. I’ve read in several places online that eating 6 small meals a day and then exercising helps to lose weight.. but I can’t really eat that often in the day.
The way I’d prefer to exercise is using a stationary bike. I was wondering how long I should exercise on the bike each day to lose 10-15 pounds before the end of the year? And maybe what I should limit my caloric intake to in respect to the exercise so I can lose that weight? Thanks a ton guys!
